The Lofts in Downtown Rome

These Lofts are going to be gorgeous. From the storefronts on Broad to the landscaped, rooftop patio, each room we entered was more carefully crafted than the last. The resident lobby was carefully cut into the center of the building, with a fireplace that seemed it reached to the top level. The balconies overlooking the bustling downtown are just one of the beautiful amenities in these fully customizable Lofts. Our favorite part: the butler pantry and the ornate wooden doors in the units and the character built into each room. We can’t wait to see the character and charm these Lofts add to Rome’s downtown when they are fully complete. Residents are beginning to move in August 1st and all but two storefronts have been sold.
